Teresa Frounfelker, RVT, CPDT-KA: Trainer and Registered Veterinary Technician

Teresa is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer through the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Teresa started working at Fountain Green Veterinary Center in 2001 as a veterinary assistant.  She grew up raising goats, chickens and of course, dogs!  Since then, she completed her Veterinary Technician degree, graduating in 2008.  She shadowed Dr. Lerner for 6 years during his training classes and lessons, absorbing the training theory and implementation.  All the while, however, she was developing her unique style and ability to deliver information and communicate concepts to both dogs and owners.  She has been an instructor for many years now and enjoys it most when dogs and owners are finally communicating.

Teresa is married and has two young daughters who are the love of her life!

Charles Lerner, DVMTrainer and veterinarian.

Not satisfied with the understanding of animal behavior he acquired through his veterinary medical training, Dr. Lerner went on a personal journey into the world of canine behavior that began 17 years ago and continues still today. While his resume is lengthy, it is the constant acquisition of new thoughts and ideas in the field of canine behavior that truly keeps him happy. He regularly attends seminars and lectures on the most current concepts in canine behavior and training.

Dr. Lerner lives in Harford County with his wife, two children and two dogs.  In his limited spare time, he enjoys training his own dogs in Schutzhund, a well-rounded sport that involves obedience, tracking and protection.
